Also, I should cut down on coffee. Seriously, I've nearly had a ... I honestly don't know what it was; A Panic attack? A heart attack? I dunno, I just felt like my heart and lungs were so about to burst I had to go for a run to cope.

@aelaraji weekend coffee—the one mum brews, not the “dirty water” one can get elsewhere—keeps me jittery the whole day. Like I feel my heart wants out kind of jittery. Coffee sure is some elixir. Don’t give it up! 😅

@bender 😆 I might have to make it a Just a Weekend Thing as well. Otherwise, I'll end up busting a knee, if not an artery.

@aelaraji Oh, been there. I only drink decaf now. It’s great, you can have the taste of a good coffee whenever you like – without the side effects. 😃

@prologic Maybe they are for you, dunno? 😅 Caffeine makes me stay at the same level of tiredness/exhaustion – except I’m hyped and can’t sleep. 🥴 Sucks, tbh. 😂

@prologic @movq The side effects ARE what got me into drinking coffee in the first place, now it feels like I'm fighting them back for my life 😅
